Funeral for a mouse
We had a mouse in our garage. I would see him run past my stacks of wood pieces from my art. Hiding behind things, trying to be invisible.
I put out 3 traps for him. A bucket with a ramp and sunflower seeds, and two tunnel traps where the door snaps shut once they get inside. With all three the intention is to catch them alive so I can drive them down to the local park and release them.
I found a dead one in the trap this morning. The trap had been covered in sawdust from all my sanding so I couldn't see him to save him. He ate all the peanut butter that was inside so must have been in there a while, poor little critter.
Wish I could go back a week in time. :(
