exceptional animals concept
Of course amongst humans there are some people who are very bright. This also applies to animals but is usually showcased just with their ability to do tricks. But we never really consider that maybe there are some ways some truly exceptional animals show their intellect in other ways beyond tricks.
Just like there was a person who once thought their whole life about riding along a beam of light till they discovered that mass can be converted into energy and vice versa, maybe there were some animals out there somewhere who discovered something far far far beyond our expectations of what a cat could possibly concieve.
Was there a dog out there that once thought more deeply about language and had a greater range than we ever realized? Was there a dolphin out there that for a moment had the idea to use tools to make other tools to accomplish a complex task involving groups?
Of course there was but nobody was paying any attention when it happened.
