There’s just something about this that doesn’t sit right with me
I don’t think it’s funny either, at all. It’s actually really sad
Dogs are animals that belong outside. Animals have fur to protect them against the elements. That’s some fur sheds for animals in certain climates. It’s natural for dogs to be outside. It isn’t natural for animals to be domesticated and kept inside
The fact that this asshole would build a small house for his dogs and have the audacity to brag about it on Facebook when there are people who are homeless.
not even for doing drugs, or being an alcoholic. homeless because of poverty, or mental illness, disability, or even domestic violence. Hell I personally know people in Florida who are now homeless because of the housing crisis.
Some close friends of mine had to travel for work because their leases went up on their places they were staying at and it’s too unaffordable to buy a house for the average person and it’s near to impossible to rent anywhere. People traveling and on the road because they’re homeless
But yeah sick house for your domesticated animals bro 🤙

@revenant i agree. bc like turtle said it's not like removing that specific house will solve homelessness. but imo it's just extremely tasteless.
when i was growing up we had 7 dogs. my grandmother would feed those dogs better than us. if we came home too late our food would get fed to the dogs and we didn't eat. if we came home too late we would get locked out of the house and have to sleep on the porch or i would have to walk to my moms house and sleep there, but you can bet money those flea bags were curled up in a queen-sized bed and all accounted for
obviously my situation was abusive. but it just kind of makes me sick the way american society treats animals better than humans. and i know my personal situation wasn't the only instance where parents treated their animals better.
