Peacock mantis shrimp

Despite it's name, it's not a peacock, mantis, nor a shrimp... but it's actually a crustacean (that moves like a shrimp) and if it ever punches you, you'll be praying to get away, as it has the strongest punch in the entire animal kingdom, as it has a naturally spring loaded punch that supposively hits like a bullet. So it can break shells to get it's food.

@ScarletWitch From what I've read...
They're also delicious, with sweet, tender meat that, unfortunately, isn't easy to extract from the shell.

At seafood restaurants, the chefs will usually split open the shell along the belly, if serving the mantis shrimp whole, or cut them into pieces, which makes it easier to get the meat out.

The meat was intensely sweet, like lobster, only even more tender than the tenderest of tiny chicken lobsters. It was, by far, the most delicious of the squirmy creatures I've encountered at the Flushing markets.

That's cool.
