What I don’t get is.

Why are hot wings called buffalo wings?
Do buffalos really have wings? Or was mother hen inseminated by a buffalo? 🤔🤔
And that’s how I got my hot wings?

There is a hot sauce called buffalo sauce. When I've seen a recipe for buffalo xx it has used buffalo sauce.
