I Am Married to An Alcoholic

I recently left my alcoholic husband. I'm discovering that leaving isn't much easier than staying was. I mean, I'm safe and everything, but it's like all the abuse is really just now catching up with me. I find myself having sort of anxiety attacks every night right around the time he'd be getting off work and occasionally even at other times. Like, the other day I had one in the grocery store because they had something he liked on sale. I know it sounds crazy. It feels even crazier than it sounds..lol.
