I made some bad decisions yesterday

I lost my glasses and my phone charger. I don't know why anymore but I think I was angry about something and I started kicking a boulder. Today my foot hurts and I can barely stand.

I'm just glad I made it back home before I did more reckless stuff. I can't even remember everything that happened but perhaps it's better that way.

Alcohol is starting to consume me. I need help.....again
