Well. I think I found a solution. Ive been drinking alcohol everytime I wake in the morning to start my day
I wake up at 5AM all week starting to drink vodka after taking showers. Until 9 or 8am. I start my day without drinking and even nights. I feel better so I pretty much Cheated Physics when it comes to alcohol.
I don't even need alcohol through out the day and night. Only when I wake up in the morning and it's working. I've been slowing down on drinking to decrease my depressions. Just only in the right time.
If it's not in the right timing in my favor. I would be a mess.
So let's just say. Alcohol is my Coffee in the morning.
Then drink water and tea for the rest of the day.
I'm finally getting the hang of this.
