We all here obviously care that you don't slip, otherwise we would have moved on to answer someone else's post.
So here's my little bit of encouragement...
If you focus on what’s good today, you'll have a good day. If you focus on what’s bad, you'll have a bad day. If you focus on the problem, the problem increases. If you focus on the answer, the answer increases.
Don't focus on what you know you need to avoid. You've come this far. Letting everyone here know that you are struggling is HUGE. It shows you're willing to ask for help. Find something else to take you're mind off of the craving or to remove whatever it is you're feeling.
