I Am An Alcoholic

I have been sober for 7 days and 22 hours now...today, at this moment I am having one of my most strongest urges to go get a drink.. For those of You that understand, Can you please give me some encouragement to stay strong at this moment?

I've been sober for twenty six years personally. Have you considered counseling though? I have one for my social anxiety and they seem to have quite a lot of programs.

@Hecate Drugs and alcohol in general; you should ask your therapist if they could get you into a program for it.

@Hecate Thanks, it was mostly just by saying no whenever someone offered me anything. lol
