I Am An Alcoholic

I have been sober for 7 days and 22 hours now...today, at this moment I am having one of my most strongest urges to go get a drink.. For those of You that understand, Can you please give me some encouragement to stay strong at this moment?

Just play the tape all the way through ... you already know what the result will be. This is when it comes down to one day at a time ... or one hour ... or one minute. Do can do anything for one minute.
