I Am An Alcoholic

Pointless trying to garner opinion on it!
High risk is pretty vague !
I'm a social worker.
And according to most shrinks, that means I'm a high risk for health flaws; more likely to become reliant on a stimulant of some variety. More likely to have relationship issues. More likely to separate or divorce.
Etc etc etc !
But the fact is, I don't often drink, I've never done any stimulant other than maybe o/d on coffee ! And like everybody else. My health is fine until my immune system gives me a cold and I feel a bit low for a while!!
I guess what they're saying is to keep an eye on your consumption!
Ten drinks in any one session?
Even if you were drinking ten orange juices that might be deemed excessive !

I deal with alcoholics all the time and to be completely honest with you they're annoying and hard to deal with. They detox and here they go again back to the habit and being annoying again. I see what affect they have in alcohol and it's not fun, it's horrible and nobody like them. Just saying, don't be one of them.
