♥️ Go to NA groups every day to get support and intensive outpatient groups (most insurances have intensive outpatient groups daily, medi-cal too. And you can work and go to these after work for an hour, they have trained addiction specialists. Good for you that you want to be healthy! Take good care of yourself, eat healthy (lots of protein for depression, and get on zoloft or prozac they are very effective for depression.) Also have a fun hobby and make new friends. Drop your old friends who are addicts! You can do this! I will pray for you!
