Recovery is for everyone

@Gangstress Hope you're doing ok! This time of year is definitely rough.

Met my son in the city for dinner last night and that was a huge help.

@Spumoni its been really tough for me. I am trying so hard to keep occupied but theres been days i have crumbled and then ive just felt guilty about it. Depression and drinking goes hand in hand but i need to sever that tie. Especially through these shorter days x i know i can its just having the will and im seriously lacking of that
