I hardly ever eat fast good either, if I do I try to at least go for a healthier options. Like a grilled sandwich or salad, etc.

@skmokisses That was KFC extra tasty krispy chicken with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Its a classic meal. But there are healthier options and other delicious foods. It was good though. 🙂

@Zonuss I am a firm believer that it's okay to indulge occasionally.
Over indulging is when it's no bueno. So as long as you have acknowledged that....then I say enjoy your tasty crispy chicken with mashed potatoes and cole slaw😉
