Meeting my new therapist today

I'm hoping she's different and not gonna be just more of the same textbook "I'm here for a paycheck" type therapists I always get.

Good therapists do exist, I had one years ago who I loved very much, but he moved away and I had to seek other ones. None have been as good.

I agree that there are more bad therapists than good ones. I had a great one who retired earlier this year. I have another, but I haven't made up my mind yet on whether I will continue to see her long-term.

There's no shortage of hacks who will just listen and take your money. Finding the right therapist is priceless, though.
