I am new here and looking for the best way to meet people just to talk. I like looking at questions but also like talking. Do people message here alot? How is the best way to meet people (for talking I mean)?

The best way to meet people is participating in public posts, so people will understand who you are, and with some luck some might want to contact you in pm's.
