Why do women gossip more than men ?

Both genders gossip equally. It may seem like women gossip more, but that's only because men use less words when they gossip.

Women: "Did you see Sheila's new outfit?" "Uh, huh. She thinks is accents her figure." "Yeah, but not the parts she thinks it does."

Men: "Sheila's boobs shrank."
