How does one become a drama insider?

I never know what’s going on. Do you have to have opinions on stuff?
How do they even collect members? Is this happening in pm?

I seem to be missing out all the time too. Are there secret meetings where the pot is stirred? Do you need an invitation for those? Is there a password?
