depends on the context. if its about doing something that has to be done I try to bypass the very notion of wanting to do it or not,I just do it. like I never have trouble getting up to go to work because I never ask myself if I feel like going or not. I just go through the motion and go. if its a general lack of motivation (slight depression) then I make sure to exercise, eat well, avoid sugar, drink lots of water, plan some fun activity in the near future. sometimes when my mind is not in the right place for multiple day then I will add shrooms to the list of things that help to reboot my motivation.
