Daycare or Babysitter?

Trying to go back to work. I don’t trust daycares, but everyone putting kids in daycare. I have a 3 year old & 1 year old.

"Shop around," tour the facilities and ask questions.
First sent my son at 2 years old, he's 13 now, to a place that just didn't watch the kids play, but interacted with them in painting and other creative activities to help develop motor skills as well as have fun playing.

@calicuz Same, the daycare we used was so good that kids could go there instead of kindergarten. It was kind of like school actually. No babysitter would have been that attentive.
