Most breast milk espressed in a day...

There isn't a specific Guinness World Record for breast milk expressed in a single day, but Elisabeth Anderson-Sierra, who has hyperlactation syndrome, produces approximately 225 ounces (about 6.7 liters) daily, and has donated enough milk to be recognized by Guinness World Records for her total donation.

Must be quite draining.

Its great to find donors for that. We sometimes had mothers come in and leave ut for the baby if her baby had to stay
