What's a natural talent you wish you had?

I really wish I was a natural in the kitchen. My husband can take a bunch of random ingredients, sniff/taste some spices, and cook up a restaurant-worthy meal. I can cook eggs. Like, they are safe to eat cooked, not in any style.
