Im oblivious to my own achievements

So, 3 days ago, I got my learners permit, I didnt tell my dad I got it until yesteday because when I told my mum, she didnt make a big deal out of it so I assumed it wasnt something i had to tell everyone? But when I did tell my dad, at first he thought I was joking (which is fair considering i only turned 16 like 2 weeks ago and he wasnt expecting me to get it so soon), but when he figured out I wasnt he gave me a hug nd congratulated me, which I genuinely didnt expect bc in my mind it doesnt really feel like i did anything.
