Layered in two to four levels of stone around the edge of my pond where it was always soft and wet in the corner. Then place 6"x6" treated timbers behind the stone to build a future deck off of. The T-Posts were driven at least five feet into the ground to keep the treat timbers in place. Once the deck is built, I will cut the T-Post off level with the deck.
