The need to progress, see the world, grow more mentally, and become stronger is deep within me. I have an endless passion to excel, but yet fall short because of depression (because no one in my field sees my potential, yet I still have an excessive need to fulfill these career desires). Lately I've been working with my mother on a memoir in which we plan to publish within the next year or two, and a composer friend of mine wants to get together more and work on getting both our pieces performance ready. I am a writer and a musician, who would like nothing more than to excel in her field, and finally get on the track to success. I began my journey at a young age, but did not get through college until 2014 because of family crises. There are a lot of tragic stories I could tell you, but I will save that for my actual posts. On a lighter note, one very good thing about me is that I don't give up on my dreams. If a goal seems too far out of reach, I keep taking steps toward it. When people give up on their goals/dreams, it means they're giving up on their future, the future they wanted the most. And with that, their lives are incomplete and they always feel like something is missing. Travel the path you want the most. Even if you don't get there, in the end you feel better knowing you tried.
