BlackBerry, apple and rhubarb crumble. I tried making it low fat so the crumble was made with sweetener instead of sugar and low fat spread. The fruit also had sweetener instead of sugar in it. It was surprisingly tasty.

Apples are early this year. I shall be making cider before the autumn. Rhubarb has needed a lot of water.

@InstructHer I have my rhubarb in raised planters so I've been watering it regularly.
