Lovely 😊. I’ve given up loaves and switched out for bunt style. Less cooking time and more even cooking 😋

@DelightfulyDelectablyDelicious I have a bunt tin, that's the tins with the hole in the middle right? I usually make sponge cake in them and fill them with fruit. I've not tried with banana bread yet.
I use my bunt pan for everything. Not to be confused with the tube pan, that one’s much higher .
