Lovely photos - thank you. I think you call this album "Texas Trails" - perhaps like many Britons I'd thought of Texas as at best grass-land or even semi-arid, thanks to films and the State being famous for ranching and oil.
Texas Parks and Rec has built several man made lakes and damns that over the years have created breath taking views Very few natural scenic views. The natural spring fed ponds are few but nice and mostly off the Balcones Trails, fed by springs in North Central Texas@ArishMell
