@MarineBob Most migrants who harvest are able to because they have work Visas that the farmers request. They cover the time of the harvest and then they go home. If they live close enough to the border, they go back to Mexico every night and come back every day. I used to live near the Dole plantation, which is near the CA/AZ border and you could see the workers coming in every day from across the border.
