@Majorlatency Yes, we recently passed a law outlawing back yard breeding. It was a good first step.

Certainly is a great first step.
In Canada we ars very loose on our regulations around breeding dogs. It need to be tightened up.
The kennels are at capacity and there was a flood of animals after covid.
It's sad...
