I made yogurt for the first time. Surprisingly easy. Will be making lebeneh from it later.

Ooooh how did you make yogurt?

I saw your response to Mae, I watched a lady make paneer. Looked like it was easy and more satisfying when eaten later.

@Peppa Basically you just warm milk to just before boiling, then add a small about of yogurt that has live cultures in it. Leave it somewhere warm for a few hours and you have yogurt.

I don’t think I have tried paneer. I have been considering making cheese recently. Should probably look at paneer if it is easy enough 🙂
