I Am Worried

I need advice from you guys because sometimes it worries me that im going to gain my weight back as me being big so my question to you guys is how can i manage to eat the same food and sweets and stay fit? I need someones advice because i want to gain weight but also stay fit like gain muscle.. I need help!!! I dont know what to do
If your eating mainly sweets and junk food its going to be difficult to maintian a healthy weight.
You can still gain muscle weight but you might gain fat cells too if youre eating mainly unhealthy food.
You can still eat sweets but you should let yourself have them once a week depending on what it is.
A healthy diet us the fastest way to a truly healthy body and mind.
i'm trying to put it on atm. Just gotta eat the right stuff, and exercise.

Carbs = sugar = fat
Protein is good but too much = sugar = fat
so veg is your best bet with some protein included.

if you wanna eat the same then the only alternative is exercise.
