Today is human trafficking awareness day

Like always, you don't see many people posting about it to raise awareness of this very real and very serious crime that's happening everywhere. Even on a day dedicated to raising awareness about the issue. It's because of all the rich and powerful individuals who are directly involved in human trafficking, of course. They'll do whatever it takes to keep their little operations under wraps. Let's not let allow that to happen. Spread the word. It won't stop end human trafficking overnight, but every little bit of awareness raised is a step in the right direction.

The catholic church is a good place to start. Children are abused shared from priest to priest and sold to traffickers

As I’m sure you know, not all human trafficking is about sex work. I’ve seen some awful labor practices abroad that force people into servitude to “earn” back their passports. It’s a mess.

@kodiac unfortunately I believe you’re right all of the investigations under the Trump administration will be terminated because they were going after everybody who was committing the crime didn’t matter if they were a politician wealthy or anything if they were doing the crown they were going after him the Trump administration and save so many young women from the life of prostitution and sex trafficking and unfortunately seems like half the country doesn’t even care about the good that Trump did if that Trump did it they want it removed and Erased from history

What’s so weird about it? There’s literally victims as young as 6 months old who are being trafficked. That’s what’s weird and not ok. And this shiit is going on every single day right under our noses. That’s not something to laugh at. I swear, it’s always you certain people 🙄 What if it was somebody you loved but there was no outreach for them because people saw the need of bringing awareness to them as weird. More people need to be educated and aware of it instead of responding in the manner you did. @MartinTheFirst
