What do u need in ur life? [I Am Sick of Feeling Depressed]

🤔 I need to find my notepad..
I also need less socializing time..
And to break a bunch of bad habits..
And an endless supply of sleep..

you need to make a plan my friend, ya need a routine
brekkie
exercise
meditate
eat
relax/walk
let nature guide you
spend less time on your phone (its helping me so much)
remove your blue filter if you must use it and do the eye comfort filter

be kind to you my friend. the little things make the big things happen - after having depression from most of my life, its hard at times, but as long we have the will, will matters

Been getting better with eating this past week, hopefully I’ll stay on course…

You’re 100/100 for phone time etc.. I need to spend more time getting shit done..

I’ve been trying for months to do the whole routine thing but other than the exercise portion im shit at it…

Idk.. 🤔 but at least I feel like I can try again..

I'm the same, but I always say trying is the thing that matters, and if we let ourselves down, and what, we tried, and we will try again.

This is whole part of the feeling of uselssness, we feel once we fail that's it. but its not. Everyday is different and you will feel different,

I do a two day routine, if I manage it, bonus, if I don't, I start again the moment I can, and repeat if necessary. It helps me not feel guilty about it.
