International Women's Day?

Is this a new thing, or have I just been oblivious for the past however long this has been happening? Also, do I get anything, like a free taco or something, or is it just another feel good fake holiday that doesn't really do anything?

Because if I've been missing out on free tacos this whole time, I'm gonna real disappointed!

@MethDozer It seems I have proven once again that I am not up to date on all the cool, new trends. Trends that have been going on for over 110 years, in fact.

I should really know some of these things by now.

@FaeLuna I think it kinda fell off as women got put more into the workplace. Sorta like okay, a day was nice but it ain't enough anymore. I could be wrong but I believe feminists and egalitarians stopped seeing it as being usful to promote the cause and kinda just stopped putting any energy into it.

March is also Irish American heretage month. Based on how many people cry about their only being a Black History month nobody knows about that either.
