I'm not by nature the most frilly girl around and generally go with straight forward just below the knee socks but I do like from time to time to where my frilly topped white ankle socks with short skirts (or short pants) on warmer days as I just love the more obviously female look.

Another memory I have that little girls wore back in my day were ruffled panties. They were cute to see, especially since little girls vin short dresses and skirts was fashionable back then, showing off their undergarments.
@UncleJlovesbrazil i also love wearing frilly panties i think so many girls these days miss out on the experience as they want to be older then they are its kinda sad really
