I'm not by nature the most frilly girl around and generally go with straight forward just below the knee socks but I do like from time to time to where my frilly topped white ankle socks with short skirts (or short pants) on warmer days as I just love the more obviously female look.
Another memory I have that little girls wore back in my day were ruffled panties. They were cute to see, especially since little girls vin short dresses and skirts was fashionable back then, showing off their undergarments.

Several of my little friends wore them. They were so pretty and a great turn in though being so young, I didn't understand those feelings We role-played school situations and since OTK spanking in schools were quite popular and well accepted in my era so it was always incorporated it in our role-play. Many little girls wore these socks and they went nicely with their pretty dresses.
