I owned a dive bar in south Florida. It was destroyed by Irma and I went to stay with friends in Texas. Last week I was informed that I will not be allowed to rebuild my bar but I got a good settlement. Soooooo
I'm looking into buying a bar in Cabo San Lucas. I'm heading there in a month but I have a realtor there and there are plenty of properties for sale. From $50K small walk up bars to $150K free standing restaurants.
So moving on can be a good thing. Ole

@Tom78 Yeah, but how will you know it's one of us... or is this just one of those things people say and then when it comes time to, you know, live up to it, then it's like, "no man, I never meant that. I don't even know what SW is... is that like an app or something? By the way, that'll be $7.50 for the drink."
