Start small. If you push yourself too far at the start, you'll put yourself off continuing. When you don't feel like working out, remind yourself that it'll be easier in the future if you can get through the days when you don't feel like it.
Another thing is to set yourself a specific goal to work towards. It should motivate you to get it done.
