How to stick to it?

I keep working out for 3-5 days before quitting. Every time.

2 minutes. That's the only commitment you make to yourself. I will work out for 2 minutes every day. That's all you have to do.

You'll end up doing more. Make a bigger and bigger commitment and you'll find excuses.

@Abstraction I started off with 10mins a day. After work. And Stretching after waking up. I stopped the morning routine one day I woke up late. and I took off work and stopped the after work one too.

@Bbgv14 That's why you commit to 2 minutes only. 10 minutes is too hard and you then beat yourself up if you don't keep it up. 2 minutes will help you keep your commitment - even if it seems silly - and not feel discouraged. You have to trick your mind using the 2 minute commitment.
