How to stick to it?

I keep working out for 3-5 days before quitting. Every time.

A lot of people start off going hard and quit because it's too hard!

I recommend building the habit [i]before[/i] you increase the intensity. Do something active but not difficult. I like yoga. Do 10 minutes a day. Then 15. Make it a habit. Build on that.

@Doomflower I have been doing yoga stretches for 10 mins after work, before I sleep. I took a week off work and I stopped that as well. I am trying to get back into it.
