I Did a Good Deed
I have this memory that I like to share with you all. Its not much but its something am proud of.
When I was at school I remember one day I was in the canteen about to get my lunch and I saw this girl sitting on her own. There has been rumours that her dad had gone bankrupt. Aanyway this girl was sitting nursing a carton of orange because she could not afford to get some lunch. I took an extra £10 out of my wallet and went up to the cue and bought my lunch and bought the girl some food too. I took it to her table and told her that no one deserves to go hungry and sat with her as we both ate. I never forget the feeling I felt that day knowing that this girl had something in her and that she would not be hungry. People always told me how sweet that was of me and it was sweet of me but it was also the right thing to do.
