8 days till next order, i think i today snapped out of the classic sci fi phase, and will get a couple pricey Criterion sets .... Josef Von Sternberg and Marlene Dietrich in Hollywood, and The Complete Jacques Tati, .... am going through again the Les Blank Always For Pleasure set and it's so refreshing, first film (31 minutes) is on Lightnin' Hopkins, Les focused alot on musicians and food, on my initial go through i stopped at the films starting the 80's decade. Les Blank's documentaries are unique, and ought to be savored and enjoyed like rare wholesome treats, or quick little time portals to the not so distant past, as he gives you the feeling of time and place so well.

In other news the groceries were gotten today, and i'm losing my armpit hair probably due to gettin' old. 👴
