I Want To Write My Random Thoughts And Feelings

I tried an astral projection guided meditation (for the hell of it) again, but this time I only ended up having a bizzare dream. Although it was quite detailed.

I was in this large building, visiting these different levels on an elevator, some with people I knew on them. Again, the level of detail was quite striking.

I don't really buy into that stuff, but the mind is fascinating.

Other times I've tried it, I felt a strange pulling sensation which jolted me awake.

I think it might be a good idea to get someone who has experience in astral travelling to guide you. Allegedly my grandfather could do that although I never had the opportunity to speak to him about it begore he died.
I am however in possession of an item that used to be his. It is a flat rubber disk with a glass eye inserted into the middle of it.
Apparently he used this to help him leave his body while focusing on his 3rd eye.
From what I'm told he lay on his back and placed this disk on his forehead and it somehow helped him to focus on the point from which he left his body.
Occasaionally he went on a pilgrimage to speak to some guru dude who lived in a cave in the far east.
I think guidance would be a good idea. Unfortunately finding people who can astral travel is like looking for hen's teeth.
