I Hate Slow Replies

If someone messages you first.... It's because they're interested in getting to know you, rightttttt?

Ugh, I hate it when someone who PM's me first... And then I reply and try to reply as fast as I can in case I find them interesting... And then, they be taking forever to reply back... 🙄😑

And the whole convo turns into something not natural but forced.... Bc then both of us be taking forever to reply to each other....

But, now that I have admitted the poor choice of word, it is still a valid observation. Anyone who responds very quickly in case she might be interested, then gets upset, because the person was slow to reply, must feel some insecurity. As in,
"Oh, I'd better answer quickly so he/she won't find someone more interesting than me."
" Oh, no! He/she, isn't replying instantly. Is that because someone else answered with a more interesting answer than me.?"
