Do you think the media is protecting Joe Biden from revealing his declining mental focus?

They would be all over any other president for not having a State of the Union Address. Do you think he could stay coherent long enough to have one?

@MarkPaul That's the point. For the past 40 years the State of the Union Address has always been in January or February but Biden has not scheduled one and yet the media is not asking why.

@Funtoy4u The last six presidents have not delivered an official State of the Union during the year in which they were inaugurated, according to the Congressional Research Service.

It's interesting that this is how you want Biden to shake things up. The bigger question to ask is why Hidin' Insurrectionist Baby-trump didn't shake things up the way you want Biden to and why you didn't question this "tradition" 4 years ago.

@MarkPaul Ok lets get over the semantics. In a president's inaugural year, they do not call it a State of the Union Address. They call it a Speech to a Joint Session of Congress. Biden is the only president to not do that. Trump gave his 2/28/2017, Obama gave his 2/23/2009, George W. gave his 2/27/2001... How far back do I need to go? So let me reframe it for you. Why hasn't Biden given a SPEECH TO THE JOINT SESSION OF CRONGRESS?
