but last night I took a somnil before I went to bed/they soothe my mind a little
make me more calm

@SW-User My Dr has me on a medication that's safe to take with all my other stuff and it helps some but I have pretty bad memories.

I,m normally in bed by 11 Last night I had some friends over and they didn,t leave till after 1
