I Think Verbal Abuse Is Just As Bad As Physical Abuse

Awe (( hugs)) and I'm no expert but I say learn about yourself, have new experiences, like if you like outdoors go for something crazy like hang gliding or even just a little change maybe your hair style different and venture out and try new restaurants in town... You will find yourself, don't let them have that hold on you now.
