Training Someone New

Last night was told by my boss that I need to train someone. Was told she will be a extra if me or another person wasn’t able to get to work. My anxiety went up but then told it’s only for one shift. It went down a little bit.

I trained these "extra" then I had to go. Those "extra" are still on the job to this date. 😔

@ZenKitty sorry to hear that. Hopefully that doesn’t happy to me. But know that your workplace was not worth it then if the extra people are still. Hopefully you have a job now that realizes that your an employee to keep.

@GreenNatured95 It did shake my emotions towards employers for a while, I have moved to a different place altogether. It's for the better. I am more content with being my own boss.
